RATIONALE

The Rizal Provincial Library will conduct book caravan to places and people who had no library. Emphasis must be given to the less mobile population such as elderly, persons with disability, those without  veicle , where public transport is poor and non existent.

To supplement while we are working on the physical situation that will enhance institutional strengthening and to add up to the capabilities of its constituent’s hope to achieve knowledge.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The book caravan/mobile library will go to places to offer library services resident’s disadvantaged in terms of access to a static library. The caravan/mobile librarywill carry reading materials and do film showing. We will integrate our projects for the Senior Citizen and Lola Basyang in modern times that will cater the young ones. To date, the Rizal Provincial Library is equipped with more than 10,000.00 titles of digital books and more would be coming.
